Effervescent Mint Mojito Sparkler

Ingredients:

• Fresh mint leaves

• Lime wedges

• Simple syrup (or granulated sugar)

• White rum

• Ice cubes

• Soda water

• Nitrous Oxide (N2O) cartridge

• Mojito garnish (lime wheel and mint sprig)

Instructions:

1. In a glass, muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves and 2-3 lime wedges together to release their flavors.
   

2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup (or 1-2 teaspoons of granulated sugar) to the glass.
   

3. Pour 1 ½ to 2 ounces of white rum into the glass, depending on your preference for the strength of the drink.
   

4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some room at the top for the carbonation.
   

5. Attach the GoldWhip InfusionFizz machine to a Nitrous Oxide (N2O) cylinder. a) Fill the machine's bottle with soda water. b) Securely attach the bottle to the machine. c) Press the button to infuse the soda water with Nitrous Oxide, creating carbonation.
   

6. Pour the infused soda water into the glass, gently stirring to mix the ingredients.
   

7. Add more ice cubes if needed to keep the drink chilled.
   

8. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
   

9. Serve the N2O Mojito cocktail immediately and enjoy its refreshing flavours and effervescent carbonation. Cheers!
